Simplified general conditions of reservations: - RESERVATION: The reservations become firm and final, only with reception of our share of the leasing agreement duly filled, signed and accompanied by an installment of 30% of the amount of the stay. With reception of your reservation and your installment, we will forward to you a confirmation of stay. - ARRIVEE RETARDEE. DEPARTURE ANTICIPATES: In the event of delayed arrival or of anticipated departure, we ask you to agree to warn us. Compared to the dates mentioned on your reservation, it will be invoiced 50% of the tariff in force, by reserved day and not consumed. Without information of your share, the manager will be able to have the site. - IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY: Our tariffs do not include/understand an insurance cancellation, we thus advise you to bring you closer your insurer. In all the cases, the versed sums will remain sure with the manager. - INSURANCES: On arrival on the camp-site, it is up to the campers to present a valid insurance. The camp-site declines its responsibility in the event of flight, loss, damage. - RULES OF PROCEDURE: For your safety and your peace, any camper is held, under penalty of exclusion and without being able to claim with any refunding, to conform to the provisions of the rules of procedure of the camp-site. |
